Linear and Third Order Nonlinear Optical Properties of GeSbS Chalcogenide Integrated Waveguides (Orale)

Abstract : We report on the linear and nonlinear measurements of GeSbS chalcogenide glasses in waveguide configuration. Single-mode waveguides and ring resonators have been characterized in linear and nonlinear optical regimes around 1.58 µm wavelength demonstrating the interest of using this material for ultrahigh-bandwidth optical communications systems.
