Moyen de contrôle pour mesurer la réflectivité avec une grande précision sur des pièces en forme pour le LMJ.

Abstract : An apparatus was developed to measure the spectral reflectivity of silvered mirrors for LMJ amplifying sections between 400 and 950 nm with 0.16 % (k=2) in uncertainty. Its main characteristic is to be able to measure samples that are not flat and make cartographies. The various reflectometer components are presented and a standardization of this reflectometer is carried out with the help of the LNE and a mirror coming from NPL. At first, we show several results on flat samples, and then we study samples which are more and more spherical in order to demonstrate the insensitivity of our measurements to the surface curvature. The mappings highlight local defects and coating heterogeneities, which may sometimes explain variations of measurement results. This reflectometer was used to conduct an aging study of protected silvering to validate the best industrial coating solution for the LMJ.
